1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using EverRoute's website and dispatch services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Service Description

EverRoute provides dry van dispatch services for small fleet owners (2-10 trucks), including:

  • Load finding and booking
  • Rate negotiation with brokers
  • Route optimization
  • Document handling
  • 24/7 dispatch support

3. Service Fees

Our dispatch fees range from 3.5% to 5% of gross revenue, depending on fleet size:

  • Smaller fleets: 5% of gross
  • Larger fleets: 3.5% of gross

New clients may qualify for a 1% test week on one truck. Fees are billed weekly and are non-refundable.

4. Trial Period

We offer a 1% test week for new clients to evaluate our services. After the trial period, standard pricing applies. Either party may discontinue service with 7 days written notice.

5. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

  • Maintain valid MC authority and insurance
  • Provide accurate vehicle and driver information
  • Respond to dispatch communications promptly
  • Ensure drivers comply with all DOT regulations
  • Provide required documents for broker setup

6. Limitation of Liability

EverRoute acts as a dispatcher and does not guarantee:

  • Specific load volume or frequency
  • Specific RPM or revenue targets
  • Availability of loads in specific lanes

We are not liable for decisions made by brokers, shippers, or factors, or for any delays, disputes, or non-payments from third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of EverRoute and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate service with 7 days written notice (email, Telegram, or phone). Upon termination:

  • All pending loads will be completed
  • Final billing will be issued for services rendered
  • Client access to dispatch systems will be revoked

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in Florida state or federal courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
